Coaching provides the opportunity for you to explore what you want, where you are now, and where you would like to be.
You may create a map of goals and actions to get to where you would like to be, learning, refining, and adapting those plans as you continue to explore and progress.
Grow.
Coaching is an ongoing process of learning.
You will apply new habits and approaches, adapt, build belief, and create confidence as you move towards where you would like to be.

The process of exploring what we want, working towards our goals, and the growth coaching facilitates is one of being - being aware, being balanced, being aligned with what we want and who we want to be.
The Explore. Grow. Be. coaching programme
The Explore. Grow. Be. programme involves 6 coaching sessions over three months to provide the consistency, accountability and time to create lasting change. Although every coaching programme will be different and personalised for each individual the 6 sessions typically break down into 3 parts:
Session 1 - Explore - A 1.5 hour session to set the direction and intentions for the programme plotting a path from where you are now to where you want to be. With this clear direction, you will develop an exciting, personal plan for how to get to where you want to be and the milestones that will take you there.
Sessions 2-5 - Grow - 1 hour fortnightly sessions to progress your personal plan. We will review and refine plans and actions to get you to where you want to be. We will develop tools and strategies to help you build the belief to overcome doubts and fears to take the tangible steps that move you towards those milestones and where you want to be.
Session 6 - Be - A final 1 hour session to reflect on where you are now, the progress you have made, what you have learnt, and where you want to go next.
In total there are 6 sessions over three months. The full three-month programme is £510.
Ongoing coaching
Coaching is about helping people achieve what they want, which means a set programme may not be quite right. Therefore, I also offer ongoing weekly, fortnightly or monthly coaching to fit your needs and help you to get to where you want to be.
