How long we keep information

We retain data provide by people requesting information about services. The only data we retain is first name, last name, email, telephone number and marketing preferences. The criteria for holding this data is that people have requested to receive information about services by opting in. All information sent includes the option to opt out and receive no further information.

Any recorded data (audio and video) is kept for 3 months and then destroyed.
